Went for a facial for my 40th which was not bad, during which Ziba asked if I wanted my eyebrows done. I explained I was doing the facial on a GC, and therefore additional services weren't really in the budget that visit. She said she would comp it since it was my birthday. Very nice except that she virtually waxed off my right brow completely. I realized later that she never offered me a mirror. I spent the next 2 months, over the holidays, growing in my brows so they could be professionally corrected by Melanie at Adolf Biecker. Cost $50 to fix my "free" wax.
