I had a bad experience. She did not braid my hair as we discussed. She was constantly on the phone sometimes holloring at one person she was speaking with all while doing my hair. She had more people in the shop that she could handle and was contantly complaining. She stopped braiding my hair to address walk-ins that had questions and issues some unrelated to her business.She did order food for everyone. I will give her credit for this.
