Several years ago, I went to Tiffany's to buy a necklace for my daughter as a graduation gift. As a divorced working mom of 6, I don't have a lot of money and that was a splurge for me. The first salesperson I approached, I don't know her name but she looked asian, completely ignored me. She couldn't have spent 5 minutes helping me buy this necklace. One of the best shopping experiences I have had in a long time. Natalie is by far the best customer service representative I have had the pleasure meeting. She was very personable, and knowledgeable of the products. I do not tolerate pushy, over-bearing sales people, I simply walk out if I feel that way. Natalie made me feel welcome and she made me fall in love with several pieces I had my eyes on. I will be back for not only myself but for gift ideas as well. ...read more

I used Pro Flowers in 2007 and still do this date I remember the great follow up and help from their staff. We received great service and follow up from the owners. Their location is clean and these company has great selection. ...read more
