Wow. What a sham. You go in expecting to have this great day and they fail to deliver on all accounts. Ambience? nope. Prefessionalism? nada. Do I feel better now than before I walked in? OMG no, I feel like I got mugged. All bruised and beat up. Will I refer this spa to anyone I know? Please. I will tell random strangers to stay as far away as they can.
