Hm. These apartments are BY FAR THE WORST staffed apartments i have ever witnessed. My girlfriend and I were babysitting a ten year old boy and the owner literally told us we couldnt stay and watch him. HE's TEN YEARS OLD!! The lady's name is susan and she is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, NON UNDERSTANDING, and OBVIOUSLY has zero tolerance for children or pets. I was appalled that she told me to leave my ten year old Nephew ALONE for three days in his apartment because i was watching my two dogs as well. My sister in law was out of town for work so we were just staying at her place and doing her a favor. While we were outside with our dogs in the dog park she immediately approached us and told us we were not welcome there. ONLY BECAUSE WE didnt "take it up with her first." If your kid needs a babysitter it is absolutely NONE OF THEIR business who and under what circumstances your kid is being watched. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE staff and i would do ALOT of reconsidering before choosing to live with a slum lord. ...read more

I have had no trouble with the receptionist she was very friendly with me and I was friendly back. If you need quality apartments duplexes or houses you should def check them out. they know what they are doing and make sure to keep their properties nice all the units i looked at were in good condition and clean when i saw them. They have upgraded some things lately that have been nice. We all recently got brand new kitchen counter tops, new stainless steel sinks, and new faucets. The new management is making a nice difference. I like how big my apartment is and feel that I am getting quite a bit for what I am paying. It is not a Park Place neighborhood, but it is not a bad neighborhood either, I would call it an average area. ...read more
