They have upgraded some things lately that have been nice. We all recently got brand new kitchen counter tops, new stainless steel sinks, and new faucets. The new management is making a nice difference. I like how big my apartment is and feel that I am getting quite a bit for what I am paying. It is not a Park Place neighborhood, but it is not a bad neighborhood either, I would call it an average area.

These apartments are good decent housing. The apartment complex had a bad manager that got fired because he wasn't attending to things properly. New managers are doing a good job. One tenant who used drugs and had loud parties got evicted. The new managers will not tolerate it. Shopping is close, bus not far away. Kids like the little playground in the back.
