I also bought the mini detail Groupon. It was easy to schedule online and that I did appreciate, however, what happened after that was a complete disaster. My car was actually super clean already when I came in but it was about to expire so I thought it would be good to get it looking in top shape. The car came back with soap scum on the windows and the interior was not even wiped down at all which was all the interior needed. The seats appeared to be shampooed fairly nicely but the trunk was not even fully vacuumed out there were large chunks that could have simply been taken out by hand. After getting the car I got a voice message saying "unfortunately we forgot to put your mats back in, it would be okay if you come and get them tomorrow". I could not believe it, he did not even apologize. I took my new Tundra to Leifs to repair a rear end accident. When I got it back I could not drive it down the freeway. Leifs had took it out for a joy ride andput 15 miles on it. On top of that there was a large dent on the side of the bed and the paint they applied had severe blisters everywhere. At the time I picked my truck up they told me I had an extra $100.00 dollars comming, No one told me of the damage or the defective pain. Ben (owners husband) said he would perform a detail and remove dents from my car for $300 but the detail was only an Armour All wipe down and a vacuum? and the repair work looked worse than when I brought the car in originally. When I complained about the the quality of work, I was told that they spent "X" hours on it and if I wanted it done better it would be nearly twice as much more. I said I wanted my money back but Ben told me to take my car and get the "F" off his property. Had My truck washed, it wasn't that dirty. When i entered the wash they didn't wet down my entire truck. The pressure was high and It ripped both passenger moldings. I purchased a coupon to use at Top of the Line last summer and just decided to use it today. The only small complaint I have is that scheduling was kind of tricky. They just need to be a little more organized and communicate with eachother a bit more but that is just a minor detail :). The fact that they came to my work to pick up my truck and then dropped in back off in less than 3 hrs was fantastic. They even waxed it for me when that wasnt a service I was supposed to get. After using leif's for the third time in as many years, we would recommend them to anyone who wants it done right and fights for factory parts. Robbie told us from the beginning how farmer 's would try to use cheap parts on our car. Leif personally stepped in and met with farmers and us and forced them to use a factory hood and fender. the job came out beautiful, on time and we didn't pay anthing extra. they even paid for the rental after Farmers stopped paying. ...read more

I was broadsided by an uninsured driver in my Jeep and when I called Leif's to set up my repairs, they were able to get a truck out to pick up my Jeep within an hour. It was on it's way and work was underway within 24 hours. The timeframe for the work was said to be about 2-3 weeks, and it was right at 3 weeks upon my receiving it back. Robbie was excellent at the NE portland location. He kept in touch with me about what was going on with the Jeep the entire time and when it was done, he was quick to process the final paperwork and get me back on the road.
