Attention to owner or manager: On March 14, 2010 at approx. 4-PM I took my company truck to your car wash located at 11969 S.E. 82nd Ave. While waiting in line I noticed a newer Red Ford F-150 pick-up being processed. They sprayed the wheels & tires then using a mitt washed the fancy mag wheels, using the brush went down the sides and so forth. I could not see the person driving, but the pick-up was decked out like the mexican riggs and your employeees are mexican? When my vehicle exited the wash I noticed that my mag wheels had been given a half assed wash job, the side moldings are still dirty. I did not go back to confront the person that took my money as he could barely speak english. I have been taking my personal and company vehicles to your car wash since it opened. I will try it one more time and if I am treated as poorly I will not return, I will tell all my family & friends not to go to you wash. Poor service is a waste of money. Regards. Bill ...read more
