I called to order corsages for my mother and grandmother on Mother's Day. When I asked to have them delivered I was informed of a substantial fee on top of their usual delivery charge for the floral pieces to be dropped off during Mother's Day weekend. I began to protest the additional charges and the woman on the phone simply hung up on me. Not knowing if it was purposeful, I called back. The same woman answered and told me she didn't have time to argue with customers over prices and that she was very busy preparing orders for the holiday. When I asked to speak to the manager she claimed to be her. I then asked for the number of the owner, which she provided and then hung up on me again before I was finished. When I called the owners number I left a message. My call was never returned. It is no wonder that Nancy's has developed such a horrible reputation around Gresham. ...read more

I worked with Rob for my wedding flowers, and he was extremely accommodating when it came to my budget as well as the look and feel I was going for. The day of the wedding, I realized I needed the flowers a little earlier than we originally specified, and it wasn't a problem at all!
