If you want a scam lack of information and equipment then you are in the right place. Lets start with 2.5 hours late. Were suppose to be arriving at 2:30 pm shows up at 5pm. With a excuse and barely a sorry. Tells price here and not over phone which would have been nice. Stats pushing on things that really didn't need to be fix and is very pushy on wanting to fix a leaks that are not there and replace things that are working fine. When the issue starts to show they said " I have never seen this issue before." After those comforting words. They informed me that a need a new cooler thing and really should replace my whole unit. My unit is 8 years old. After they left I walk to find all light in areas they work are on, and the piece that allows the unit to received electric charge was out in the world which it was supposed to rain the next day. At least they clean i had some else take a look not only did they fix the issue but fix they issue they left. They had left loose screws and blots in the unit to let it have a leak of frezzon in order to get me to spend more money later. If you want a scam this is your man. ...read more

I purchased an LG refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom. The freezer is freezing over. Hahn's is great when they are selling you a refrigerator but, when something goes wrong, the service tech's don't know what they are doing. The first one came out and didn’t know what to do, messed up the alert signal, for the open door, by keeping a high pressure steam on it’s electrical components, so it no longer works. The second tech called and said the first tech should have ordered a part so he ordered a part 2 days later. 12 days later after calling and babysitting this company, another tech showed up to fix my dryer! He goes back, finds the part, I unload the freezer again, and it’s the wrong part. Meanwhile, I paying higher electric bills because the freezer won’t stop running and I now have an expensive refrigerator/freezer that is not working. ...read more

I hope everyone remembers to change their filter every 30 days. If you havent yet, u might consider doing it. I think were going to have a hot summer and that makes your electric bill cheaper and its easier on your unit so it will last longer. Also having it serviced by a professional will also be extra assurance its working to its most highest capacity to make sure you'll get the most cooling out of it for the least amount of money.
