If you want a scam lack of information and equipment then you are in the right place.
Lets start with 2.5 hours late. Were suppose to be arriving at 2:30 pm shows up at 5pm. With a excuse and barely a sorry.
Tells price here and not over phone which would have been nice. Stats pushing on things that really didn't need to be fix and is very pushy on wanting to fix a leaks that are not there and replace things that are working fine.
When the issue starts to show they said " I have never seen this issue before." After those comforting words. They informed me that a need a new cooler thing and really should replace my whole unit. My unit is 8 years old.
After they left I walk to find all light in areas they work are on, and the piece that allows the unit to received electric charge was out in the world which it was supposed to rain the next day. At least they clean
i had some else take a look not only did they fix the issue but fix they issue they left. They had left loose screws and blots in the unit to let it have a leak of frezzon in order to get me to spend more money later.
