This place takes the cake! My phone charger was missing when I got my car back today. I used it on the way there, so I KNOW it was in my car. I told them immediately it was missing and they made a half-hearted effort at speaking to employees, then told me they don't have it and don't know what happened to it. They treated me like I'm an idiot. ...read more

Rocket Lube & Wash

Go elsehere, Tulsa! I had my oil changed, and since the exterior wash was "free" with the the oil change (included in the price is more like it), my 4Runner was washed as well. By the time I drove home, less than a mile away, my pants and underwear were sopping wet. After changing my clothes, I called RocketLube and asked if they could tell me what was spilled in my seat … water or something else. The lobby manager was rude and insisted I return to the store. (sigh) I went back and showed them the wet seat and the wet carpet behind the driver seat. They gave me an uber thin plastic seat cover and sent me home again. I'm not kidding. No apology, no explanation, no coupon, no refund. I put my towel back in the seat and returned home. Read the other bad reviews! Neither the lobby manager nor the general manager take responsibility when they've done something wrong. A simple apology would have made me happy, but wet underwear and no apology results in a bad review. Grrr! ...read more
