Just go back now and search for another limousine service. This was by far the worst customer service experience I ever had. \t\n\t\nThe reason they offer "good deals" is because they are losing business due to unprofessionalism and still cannot straighten up their act when given the chance. \t\n\t\nThe driver brought his wife along which wasn't a problem until she invited herself into the party and ate and drank our food an beverages. When we were ready to leave our destination he gave us his card to call and when we called he didn't answer. Later we realized the reason he didn't answer was because him & his wife were doing some bar hopping of their own. This was very uncomfortable! When there was some confusion we called the owner and not only did he verbally abuse me but he told me he would end our night right then and there & he did not have a problem leaving us stranded! An hour later at our next destination our driver left us an HOUR early then stated in the contract and for the hour we paid for. He just left!
