Look I don't like to ever ruffle any feathers and I should have reported this when it happened, but there have been two times that I have utilized this car wash for it to break down on me in the middle of the wash. Once, I approached a man who seemed to be an owner of sorts being that he was fiddling with various things concerning the car wash and did tell him about those two times. I was not rude, but wanted him to know that he lost a good customer who put alot of money into that wash. This car wash will not assume responsibility if you get stuck in their full-service car wash. I could not see for the soap on my windows as the machine quit right after that. Upon backing up, I hit the concrete money machine which does not allow for one to pull straight out. They said it was my fault. The public should take their dirty cars anywhere but here. ...read more
