I placed an order on line to bulkfoods and had it shipped as a gift to a bank in a state other than where I reside. The incorrect product was shipped. When the bank received the package, it was opened and partly consumed. They received nuts, I ordered mixed chocolate. The bulkfoods rep. #67, office manager, customer service person, with a snarkey attitude was unwilling to work with me to ship the chocolate I ordered unless the shipment of nuts were returned, unopened, seal in tact. Did not care that the bank personnel did not know I gifted them chocolate. Bulkfoods clearly made an mistake in shipping the incorrect product and will not send the chocolate. They want the nuts back or I can make a new order for the chocolate. Why am I to pay for their careless mistake? Clearly CUSTOMER SERVICE is not a priority with this company. They will not be accountable for their mistake. Also, Representative #67 should go back to training. Manners, phone etiquette, and customer satisfaction education is critically lacking! She would not tell me her name, her supervisors name, the name of the "owner", stating she is not permitted to do so. Really? This does not sound like good business practice to me! This is not a restaurant.....it's inside a Kroger store...you go in, buy the pizza, take it home and make it. I drove all the way from detroit to eat at a donatos, and then arrived at a Kroger store. Meh. So I bought a few pizzas and took them home. They were good! ...read more
