I've dealt with this store for more than 15 years. One main benefit is that the owner is almost always available in the store. The store carries all Hallmark products and numerous other gift and accessory lines.. I never fail to find something unusual typically not available at the major dept. stores. Excellent selection of gift products and an extremely well-trained and knowledgeable staff, very friendly, always goes the extra mile.
