Add up all items you want in the basket plus $5.00 Layaway Terms Morris Unlimited Layaway Terms and Conditions: There is NO MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIREMENT for using our Layaway Plan. A ten percent (10%) non-refundable deposit is required as a down payment on all layaway purchases. Deposit will be applied towards your balance.  We will hold your layaway for a period of up to 90 days. If not paid in full within 90 days all monies paid will be forfeited by the purchaser. Please notify us if you would want your layaway cancelled before the 90 days. We will set up a payment plan with you. Online and Credit Card Layaways are subject to a 6% service charge. No refunds are given if you fail to pay on any layaway purchase beyond the 90 days. Discounts and sales prices apply to purchases made through our layaway program. Please complete our Layaway Contract.  The signed and dated contract can be mailed or emailed to Morris Unlimited.   Please be advised that merchandise you purchase using this plan will not be placed on hold until your initial deposit is received.
