Ive shopped at cirillas on broad for several years and every visit im guaranteed to leave with something. Recently there was a manager in training and it was delightful to be greeted as soon as i walked in, it was obvious we share the same love for the store! My employer was having a contest where each location could dress in Polos representing their favorite NCAA football team. I purchased 2 polos and some other items from buckeyecorner.com and on Wed. 8/28/2013 and paid for the UPS Next air service 19.99 to get the items the next day so I would have the merchandise before Sat. Someone from the warehouse called me on Thurs morning verifying my order and I let him know I needed it asap and if I wasn�t going to get it by Fri I just needed to cancel the order. He assured me that he would batch the order once we got off the phone and I would receive it on Friday. Needless to say its Friday and the order has not arrived I checked the tracking with UPS and they say it will delivered on Tues. I was informed by UPS that Buckeye Corner had shipped my items UPS Ground not Next Day Air. To say I was upset is an understatement. I had paid $135 to not receive my items on time. I contacted Buckeye Corner and spoke with a young lady who wasn�t much help at all. After contacting UPS in regards to trying to schedule a pickup at a UPS location (which I was unable to do) I called Buckeye Corner and spoke with Caleb who tried his best to get my issues resolved. He called UPS attempting to fix my issue. He issues me a $10 gift card for the inconvenience and is sending me the return label so I can ship the items back when I get them. I am not saying I will never purchase for them again but if I need something in a timely manner I will definitely look into a different merchant. ...read more
