Jackson Hewitt Tax Service

1.0

By raeraerae

I just went to Jackson Hewitt today to file my taxes. I wanted for 30 min before a representative showed up, and she was completely unprofessional and rude. She didn't care that I had been waiting, and said that she manages 8 different stores and she has to set priorities. She then wouldn't accept my coupon for a $50 visa gift card (that didn't expire until March 31) because they replaced the offer with a Walmart gift card. I don't shop at Walmart, but she refused to help me change the offer. I ended up leaving because she was so rude. Never going to Jackson Hewitt again. ...read more

Unlimited Loan Resources

This is the first time I've ever left a review for a business, but I received such good service from this firm that I wanted to share. I had a messy IRS situation that spanned several years - and was terrified I would never get it resolved. He was able to review and revise a few very complicated returns that two CPAs were unable to accurately complete. From there, he worked out an agreement with the IRS that was much better than I ever expected. He was honest and clearly understands the IRS system and navigated it quickly and efficiently. He worked with me regarding my fee payments and I am very grateful that he was flexible and affordable. ...read more

H/R Block, Jackson Hewitt, Liberty Tax, Financial COMFORT Consulting?

For many years, I went to H R Block and paid fees that were in my opinion - astronomical. I kept going back because they kept sending me coupons based on my priors years experience. One year I got smart and started preparing my own taxes. Then the following year I began preparing those of my friends and family. And then eventually I started my own business and now I am able to help many others. Who will you go to? Why? ...read more
