Horrible Customer Service and Rude Manager
I just went to Jackson Hewitt today to file my taxes. I wanted for 30 min before a representative showed up, and she was completely unprofessional and rude. She didn't care that I had been waiting, and said that she manages 8 different stores and she has to set priorities. She then wouldn't accept my coupon for a $50 visa gift card (that didn't expire until March 31) because they replaced the offer with a Walmart gift card. I don't shop at Walmart, but she refused to help me change the offer. I ended up leaving because she was so rude. Never going to Jackson Hewitt again.
