Myself and my family usually buy jerky from their stand when we are at the market, never any issues. No issues until I chose to order from their online website. Completely dissatisfied with their business ethics and follow through. Clearly they can run a business better in person than they can with online orders. ...read more

I was a regular customer of K&K. My wife went in to pick up some meat and I waited in the car. Then I saw a sale sign in the window...Tenderloin on sale for 9.99 per pound. I went inside and picked up 2 tenderloins and handed them to my wife to put in her cart. When I got home and went to cook them...I saw the price on the package of 23.99. I concluded they rang up the wrong price. I took the price back to them the next day to get the difference back. That is when they told me that I would have to buy the entire strip to get 9.99. I argued that the sign was misleading.. They didn't care. I am now going to take my business elsewhere.. I can't remember when I have seen one pound of meat costing 23.99...what a rip off!!!!! ...read more

When purchasing meat, you have to freeze it right away or use it the same day. I have bought meat several times but if you let it sit in the refrigerator for 2dys it is bad. I can go to any other grocery store and leave the meat in the refrigerator longer than 2dys and its fiine. Not at Stockyard. Also the hispanic girl in the deli that has the heavy accent, BEWARE of her cutting your meat. She does not change her gloves properly.... ...read more

I ordered $7.80 worth of meats from the counter and gave the guy my Visa debit card. He told me that I would need to spend $20 to use a credit card. I explained that I never intended to purchase $20 of meat when I walked in. He said, ""Well we can't serve you then!"" I will never be back and I live just around the corner. ...read more
