I was very happy to have Elegantly Served at my wedding reception but disappointed after the fact to learn they didn’t fulfill all requests ... the coffee carafes were never refilled even though several people asked about them and they did not clear dinner service before leaving as requested. They did do a good job of keeping cold drinks filled and food handling/ buffet lines filled and moving. However, I would not have tipped as generously if I knew they had missed on some things. ...read more
