I have been to La villa a couple of time for different occasions and I thought it was nice. The location is not ideal though. I decided to use it for a big dinner party ( 300 people). The experience was awful. Pros: Rooms are nice. Nice lighting and carpet. Some of their food taste authentic. Big and free parking lot. Cons: One day before our event we received our bill and it's over $1000 more than what we agreed on. We had to spike up the charges 50% on everybody confirmed coming. Some people cancelled and it was very embarrassing and exhausting to deal with guests complaints about the price. The room we received was smaller and different than the room we asked for. No explanation was offered. Some of the food was cold when served and some tasted bad. Under-cooked meat, oily fish, and not enough salad. Some guests actually had to fill up on deserts.
