I drove up and ordered the interior/exterior wash. My car was not dented when I drive up. When it exited the wash, it had a small dent on the front driver fender. I left my contact info and asked to be called by the manager, who was due back in 45 minutes. When after 3 hours, I had not received a call, I called and spoke with one of the owners. She was very rude and essentially said this could not be (the damage) possible, they have never had a complaint in 22 years, therefore, my complaint could not possibly be valid . There was no offer to look at the dent, or even entertain the possibility that they could have caused any damage to my car (even without looking at it) I had to insist she look at the car. She said she was leaving in 15 minutes so come by in a few days. I insisted I come by then, and she reluctantly relented. Anyway, all was repeated when I got there.
