I'm so happy. I wanted to take the time to share with you my experience. If you are looking for a truly exceptional experience as far as innovative medi-spas go, look no further than Seriously Skin, in Chagrin Falls. To start, the décor of the entire establishment is simply beautiful: relaxing, calming, and elegant. Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted by two women, they were absolutely professional, poised, and knowledgeable as far as all of my questions were concerned. While I was waiting I was offered coffee and tea and relaxed with some beautiful and tranquil—it was perfect and I was excited. After a few minutes, I was taken back to a treatment room by my aesthetician and was prepped for my treatment. As I stated before, the facility is so beautiful and this echoed in my treatment room as well as I was immediately soothed by the palette of the walls and the lovely art work. Shortly after, Dr. Kish arrived and greeted me with the most effervescent and congenial smile; it was then that I knew this is a place I would be frequenting for a long time. Dr. Kish explained everything there was to know about my treatment and without question; she made me feel comfortable with all of her knowledge and expertise in this area. Clearly, with the client base she has, I expected nothing less as it is so obvious that Dr. Kish knows her work. When all was finished and my procedure was complete, I was given my home instructions and immediately made another appointment with them so I could continue my treatments.
