Yesterday I was over charged for a purchase. Today, I went back and they SOLVED MY PROBLEM - NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Of course, I had all my documentation in order and backed up what I said, which is important to any disputed transaction. The two gentlemen that were their yesterday, were not there today, which made me nervous at first. Being self-employed I know how important it is to back up your statements when there is an issue. I've also had to exchange items in the past and was treated fairly.\nI've see a lot of bad reviews for STONEWALL. I, personally, have had nothing but "GOOD EXPERIENCES" when dealing with them. The staff has always been "PROFESSSIONAL, POLITE and HELPFUL".
