If I could give a half star, I would. Ordered from Fromyouflowers.com, and I guess they were the closest florist to my sister. They didn t even try to match the picture of the flowers I ordered online. If I could compare them side by side, and the flowers I ordered and paid for were the Rockefeller center Christmas tree, my sister received a Charlie Brown tree. They could have used fillers to make it at least as big as the picture! They are terrible floral arrangers. ...read more

Pine Knoll Florist is unreliable! This was a very special occasion that they ruined! Use Petals & Stems Florist instead. Pine Knoll Florist was assigned to execute my order placed on BloomsToday.com. I paid more to have the flowers delivered within four hours of my order. That was at 8:00 this morning, it is now 3:15pm and they have not been delivered. Since this person leaves the office at 3:00, she will not receive them at all. It was extremely important to me to have these flowers delivered today! BloomsToday.com was very helpful and apologetic during both my first call at 1:30pm and my second call at 3:00pm. They refunded all of my money immediately. I have asked BloomsToday.com to consider removing this florist from their list of providers. The next time I will call BloomsToday.com to place my order instead of on-line so I can request that they do not assign my order to Pine Knoll Florist! ...read more
