Gene is a very bad business man! Places an order for the same item he has been ordering for 5 years with no price increase or anything and then decides the price is too high so he is not going to pay the stinking $75 he owes. He brags of being in business for over 20 years, well, as an educated business man, he should know that if you purchase something you have to pay for it.I made the mistake of thinking he was a good business man and placing the order before receiving payment. So that is on me. But to deliberately not pay someone because you don't feel like it. That is bad business and that is on Gene.Gene wrote this about a customer who gave him a bad review "robert is just another person trying to get something for free we supply a great service for the last 20 years sorry we dont work for free"How is it that Gene expects other people to work for free. We had a wonderful experience at Jazz Audio. All the staff there was professional, thorough...and upfront. We appreciated all the time they spent with us explaining how the system worked. This place is great!! I know that the manager Mike was horrible, and Im soo glad to see that hes no longer there. The new guy there Charlie was respectful, honest, and really hooked me up with an awesome deal, a lot less than the other places i shopped around at.
