I have NEVER, EVER, in all my days, been treated so poorly ! When you inquire about services and by doing so are accused of being "rude on the phone" by the receptionist (Unknown name) and masseuse (MICHELE), who in turn personally REFUSES you service and TELLS YOU TO LEAVE,...you know you are either having a very bad dream or there is something terribly wrong with this picture. Who is allowed to conduct themselves toward customers in such a manor and still remain employed to talk about it? Apparently Studio Expo employees that's who! The owner leaves no way of contact for customer complaints but this is one customer who isn't going away quietly!
