Horrible people. They trash talked other companies to try to gain my business rather than influencing my choice with good reasons like price and customer service. RIGHT IN FRONT OF THOSE TOW TRUCK DRIVERS! They might as well have been calling their competitors fat. It was pathetic. Complete lack of professionalism. AND TOTALLY RUDE WHEN I DECLINED THEIR SERVICE AT THE ACCIDENT I WAS IN! I believe the only reason these people are in business is because the police department likes them. Absolutely the worst experience I ever had with an auto repair. Needed the brake lines replaced and a section of the fuel line. The NEW brake lines were rubbing on the tie rods, the fuel line was replace with 4 feet of rubber hose that was zip tied to the fuel vent return and the NEW gas filter was hanging lower than anything else on the car, including the muffler. I left the car with them to fix the problems. When I picked up the car, the brake lines had been rerouted, but I was not satisfied with the fuel line. It was still 4 feet of rubber hose, only now it was jammed above the other lines, making all of the lines hang low and the fuel filter was still too low. When I pointed out my dissatisfaction to Joe the owner, he told me I was too picky. He said he didn't have the tool to make the proper flare on a steel line and that steel lines are too hard to work with. And of course there was no refund. Thank You Glenn! You picked me up quickly on my way home, suggested Arlington Auto and Tire for the repairs and they were great too! They fixed my car in time for me to make it home for dinner, amazing! When I broke down I figured "my wife will not be happy - hows she going to pick me up with two kids and making dinner?"
