This company rented me an unsafe vehicle that endangered my friends and family when we had a malfunction. When I presented them with photographic evidence that the malfunction was due to negligent maintenance practices, they pretended to be ignorant of the problem. I'm just happy we didn't get injured. Joe L. and Vince's have had the opportunity to repair my Acura NSX on 3 separate occasions (the car gets tracked in addition to driven everywhere all the time so it has needed some TLC from Vince's from time to time) as well as my Mercedes E55 AMG. They NEVER called me. When I called they'd tell me "its not done yet" after telling me it would be. They ordered the wrong parts;the hood was ordered wrong 3 times. They waited until the end to test drive it & it stalled & it was a delay to get the part (cam sensor). Its been 5 wks. When it was ready, the owner, Joe, told me to pick up after 3:30p because they were going to clean it. NO ONE WAS THERE TO EXPLAIN & REVIEW THE WORK, OR APOLOGIZE FOR THE DELAYS. They didnt clean/prep my car, the engine was flithy,covered in black crud, dents & rust! I'm the 2nd owner, my engine was spotless without any leaks. I've kept up all maint.
