Horrible people. They trash talked other companies to try to gain my business rather than influencing my choice with good reasons like price and customer service. Absolutely the worst experience I ever had with an auto repair. Needed the brake lines replaced and a section of the fuel line. The NEW brake lines were rubbing on the tie rods, the fuel line was replace with 4 feet of rubber hose that was zip tied to the fuel vent return and the NEW gas filter was hanging lower than anything else on the car, including the muffler. I left the car with them to fix the problems. When I picked up the car, the brake lines had been rerouted, but I was not satisfied with the fuel line. It was still 4 feet of rubber hose, only now it was jammed above the other lines, making all of the lines hang low and the fuel filter was still too low. When I pointed out my dissatisfaction to Joe the owner, he told me I was too picky. He said he didn't have the tool to make the proper flare on a steel line and that steel lines are too hard to work with. And of course there was no refund. If there was an option for no stars I would have given it to them. They came an towed by car parked outside my condo last winter. I have three cars so one car has to be parked in the vistors spots. When it snows we have to move the cars away by 7am. However that day the tow guy came at 6:30am to take my car. I had to go outside in the frezzing cold and in the snow. They told since they had been called I had to pay them in cash $160 even though my car wasnt even on the lift, but they had be blocked in. On top of it they scratched up the front of my car trying to attach the hook for the lift. When I complained to them they said its not there problem and it was already scratched. My car had no other scratches but that new one. Also they dont take checks or any other payment but cash. This is so they dont have to pay taxes at the end of the year. F'en jacks. ...read more

Joe L. and Vince's have had the opportunity to repair my Acura NSX on 3 separate occasions (the car gets tracked in addition to driven everywhere all the time so it has needed some TLC from Vince's from time to time) as well as my Mercedes E55 AMG. They NEVER called me. When I called they'd tell me "its not done yet" after telling me it would be. They ordered the wrong parts;the hood was ordered wrong 3 times. They waited until the end to test drive it & it stalled & it was a delay to get the part (cam sensor). Its been 5 wks. When it was ready, the owner, Joe, told me to pick up after 3:30p because they were going to clean it. NO ONE WAS THERE TO EXPLAIN & REVIEW THE WORK, OR APOLOGIZE FOR THE DELAYS. They didnt clean/prep my car, the engine was flithy,covered in black crud, dents & rust! I'm the 2nd owner, my engine was spotless without any leaks. I've kept up all maint. DO NOT USE VINCE'S AUTO BODY! THEY DO NOT TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT (ESPECIALLY WOMEN) & DO NOT OFFER ANY SOLUTIONS OR LOANERS DUE TO THEIR ERRORS ORDERING WRONG PARTS. ...read more
