First of all they don't transfer calls to the parts department. Tony in parts is always unprofessional & condescending. He laughs when he speaks to you. He and others there often provide misinformation. When ordering a specific part from a dealer it is customary for the parts person to advise you that in addition to the part you are ordering you will also need......something. Not them. They would assume have you call back the next day, once the vehicle is apart to order another part, and laugh at your inability to order it the first time you called. On the flip side of that they also have a habit of telling you that you need a part unnecessarily. Like today, I needed a right rear axle seal, and was told I will also need a new wheel bearing. I don't need a wheel bearing.And he tells me this all while laughing at me. It's just bizarre. I've been a customer since 2001 and have stopped using them. They don't deliver either. I recently visited this dealership and was going to purchase a car from them. During an inspection of the vehicle, I noticed some damage. I inquired and the salesman assured me that the car had not been in an accident and something must have rubbed against the car. I did a carfax report and the car had indeed been in an accident with another vehicle (the carfax report included the police report #, etc). My husband informed the dealer of this and said to cancel any paperwork as we no longer wanted the car. The sales MANAGER insisted that it was only damaged from a shopping cart blah blah...Long story short, I will never purchase a car from this dealer. I understand they need to make sales but they are very dishonest. If they had been honest, I would have considered buying the vehicle at a reduced rate or buying something else from them.
