I've been a regular customer for yrs at this business. I called last wk about having my winter tires put on my car, (winter tires already on winter rims), asked for a price and said I would be in on Thurs 11/11. I was quoted $20.00 and told I didn't need an appointment, I arrived this morning and waited about 15 minutes as they were busy. Not a problem for me. As soon as I pulled into the bay, Tim the owner rudely said, "you had to come on Veteran's day?" I ignored his remark. I gave him my wheel lock tool to use. I then observed one of the workers trying to pry off my wheel covers with a screwdriver! I had to walk up to him and hand him the tool and nicely asked him to use it instead of the screwdriver as I had instructed when I arrived. I was given the bill from Tim which was almost double the price quoted and asked why the big difference. He rudely informed me that one customer drove away because I was there so long so he charged me an hourly rate. I was there 20 minutes tops! ...read more
