I purchased my wedding ring from Kay Jewelers. At the time of purchase I was told about an insurance policy that ended up being false. I was told my engagement ring after a certain payment would be added to the insurance and it wasn't and can't.The main older female manager has also been consistently condescending and rude. I took my ring in to get it joined with my engagement band. When getting it back, with in 5 minutes a diamond fell out. After returning my ring to get it fixed and waiting 2 months to have my wedding ring back, I asked if they had checked all of the settings after they had worked on the ring. The manager replied rudely, "They always check" and rolled her eyes. Clearly they don't always check since my diamond fell out the first time.I do not recommend this store location. ...read more
