They were really a pleasure to deal with. Now that I live in NJ in a different apartment I realize how good they really were. I'm sure rentals are a pain, but seems like I never get change now unless I ask the super and follow him around until he finishes it or threaten to withhold rent. for > 15 yrs , I only can talk to receptionist Lisa , one time Mr. Vice president he said he will see. then 2 times Barbara Lenderner went to my appt to see the leak , then recently with Ms. Delorme she said she will make appt for me to meet the Board . I told her even 1cent I dont pay for nonsense thing , I dont accept nonsense , so she said they will ,forc,,,,,, i dont know that term but i undersatnd as" they will take my house if i dont pay" How they can work without communications . absolutely no communications at all in Delkap . I'm waiting for Ms Delorme give me an appt as she said , but today after tired of working came home recieved asummon again .......just wasting time and money ... I dont believe America will beon their side , it's absolutely ridiculous , they canot sitting there and take money from hard working people like that ... I dont know , my friend in Barry Green had Delkap before , they got rid of Delkap and very happy with the new management , I dont know why BB ...read more
