They were really a pleasure to deal with. Now that I live in NJ in a different apartment I realize how good they really were. I'm sure rentals are a pain, but seems like I never get change now unless I ask the super and follow him around until he finishes it or threaten to withhold rent. Never had to play any of these games with Delkap.

then , they just keep sending me a summon with amount i owed them 15.000 I have problems for > 15yrs , i havenot have a chance to talked to anybody , one time last yr Board meeting , people yelling at each other , I was there , they didnot send notice to me , but I knew and came , OMG , the meeting only yelling , then near to the end I tried to talk with the lawyer , he yelled at me uncontrollably .......I canot yell back so he appology, I dont know why they keep sending me a summon , why dont they send me to court so I have a chance to talk with the Judge and jurors . I dont think they can just sit there take money, not care , not listen to people problems then bully the hard working ( esp broken English like me ) Ms. Delorme also threaten me they can take my house I answer " you can do wahtever you think it's right .......I wonder how they can teach their children at home !!!!!!!!!!!!!

for fifteen yrs problem of ceiling leaking , wooden deck removed by DK had not been fixedx 3yrs , the tenant downstair supposed to pay for the electricity using by the light outside but when the switch next to my electricity meter turn of , the light outside off . I complained by writting , by phone , nobody answer me for yrs ,it's not fair , i pay everymonth then I have problem I canot communicate with them ? so i cut off the payment , here we go , they send me a summon from their lawyer , i sent him the explaination letter , Mrs Pamela Delorme sent the notice next day that some one will come to my house tomorrow 9 am , then they told me I never home ......come on I m a full time working mother , my children go to work too , you expect me to call sick stay home waiting ??? so I called to make another appt , you know how they are , waitting and waiting . now the deck s fixed , the ceiling still leaking , but after the deck fixed ,I paid all the money I hold in the bank and then monthl
