I spent 8 thousand dollars to have my wedding at this venue. Maureen first told me she would've stopped by the night of the reception to see how everything was and never did. I forgot my shoes and veil there, when I called to retrieve then she told me they threw them out, then said she would try to locate the items as my veil was a 300 dollar veil and she now refuses to answer any of my calls. After you spend 8 grand in a place you would hope they had the ddecency to at least mail you your belongings. Something that meant so much to me has been "thrown out". She even promised she would set up a t.v. With cartoon videos for the kids in the bridal sweet and that never happened. I spent my night dealing with her employees bc she failed to show up and make sure everything she said she would have was there. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!
