I had a very bad experience with this business, Flowers by Reni. When I unwrapped my flowers I found the roses to be wilting. I called, then drove down there. the clerk, Nancy, was the very worst customer service experience I had ever had. Unprofessional, argumentative, just an awful person to deal with.
