Yesterday I had the pleasure to deal with Laura in the appliance dept. @ your Camillus location. I was not in the mood to be shopping as my mom just passed away. However, she helped me find the portable/convert dishwasher I have needed for several months she was clearly busy with another customer when I first arrived but at the same time made me feel like a valued customer. After a short wait the young man that was helping me saw Laura shrink wrapping/boxing (I did not catch his name but he was courteous and helpful as well) When he said "Trade you I'll take care of that pallet and you can do what you do best and help this lady" To me that was TEAMWORK AT ITS BEST! p.s. I work for Bargain Outlet (7 years) Camillus-as Admin/head cashier and these are the exact qualities I instill in my cashiers/floor associates."
