Bought a used transmission from them ,and had taken out the Warranty. Car would not even drive out the door! Called back Lou, Called Warranty department, said pull transmission out. Pulled transmission out to discover they had pulled pump rod out, reinstalled with new pump rod paid by me. 10.5 hours later transmission works, Called Lou back, would not pay anything.
