I am currently a tenant living in one of the buildings and although the neighborhood is quiet it does not compensate for my elevator being out of commission for 2 months. Every time you call management you can never reach Phil or the receptionist is rude and quit clueless as to what is going on. I would have to advise everyone to stay clear of this management company. They are unresponsive and lackadaisical when it comes to fixing issues throughout the building. I cannot wait for my lease to be up so i can get out of this God forsaken building. I currently live in one of the buildings and I do love the neighborhood and the super is nice and responsive. However, the management agency is so unprofessional. When you call there, they act as if you are bothering them. The owner is just as rude. They try ti scare you into paying for things that are their responsibility as management agency. I've had to call the city on them to set them straight. The lady who is the receptionist for my building has a horrible attitude and doesn't know how to speak to people. She is very rude, nasty and Unprofessional. The only person who is nice is the older gentlemen who is in the office on Saturday when I go to pay my rent.
