Can I select 0 Stars? These guys claim to have the best packages, best prices, best cars, best instructors, etc.. I paid cash for a 6 lesson package for my girl and not only did they show up 1 hour late, they tried to force her to take two of the 45 minute classes at once otherwise threatening not being able to pick her up from her house for the lessons. Defining their designated zones are met with obvious "at will" partiality. When they spoke to my girl, there was no conversation about "zones", "not getting picked up", etc. Their website clearly doesn't provide any insight. I requested a cash refund for the remainder of the package and Rick, the self-entitled manager said "No problem, it's all the same to us. Come by anytime so we can cut you a check". This has been the absolute worst experience. The instructors arrive late then want to make you pay for lessons they have not even completed. They never have availability and then claim that you cancel your classes when they over book lessons. In other words they blame you for their wrong doings. Anyone interested in receive driving lessons I advise that you do so with a company other than roadway unless you want to get screwed. ...read more
