sent boat in for tune up and pressure test lower unit. Got call week later about lower unit (they are unable to work on due to the necessity of specialty tools) ???? Tune up done motor is running so come pick up. went 2 days later after arranging another marina to work on lower unit. Paid bill took boat and motor to second marina. After arriving at second marina, found out motor cowling was never secured on. (Lucky it didn't come off in transport) wires were loose inside, fuel line unhooked from fuel filter. I called and informed owner of situation and all he could say is sorry. So $61 for tune up that never got completed. Would not recommend this marina for service ...read more
