I took my car to Marina car wash on Sunday, October 21, 2010. I told them I wanted the inside and outside cleaned along with shampooing the seats. After I went thru the drive thru portion of the wash they had me drive around and part in front and a team would do the inside. When I got to the front the young guy told me the car was still not clean so he wanted to take it thru the wash again. After wating for over an hour for my car, I walked out only to fing a 6- 8- inch chunck of paint that had been "washed off" my car. All of a sudden the employees couldn't speak english! I brought my 2001 Yukon Denali into Sam's it has 200000 plus miles on it and it was looking tired , I did some checking around and a good local repair shop recomended Sam's . I was greeted by a lovely smilling face at the front counter and then by Sam himself .
