I have bought three horses so far for my family. The most recent horse I bought was Admiral. I have owned him now for three months and I must say, he is everything he was advertised to be and so much more (like our other two horses w purchased here last year)! I could not be happier with my experience at American Trail Horses. They have an excellent selection of well gaited horses and most importantly, they are what they are advertised to be. I had been shopping for a trail horse for the last 6 month with no success. Every farm I visited had horses that did not ride as they were advertised or were poor condition and over priced. I found American Trail Horses and had a detailed conversation with the owner specifying my needs. She assured me that her horses rode and looked like they did on the website. After driving 5 hours out to spend the day and ride her horses, I was thrilled. Finally, I found a farm that had beautiful horses that rode like they were advertised. I rode 5 horses all of them were outstanding. I bought one and sent my neighbor over (who was also in the market for a well broke trail horse) two days later. She also bought a horse. It has been 4 months since we purchased out horses. They are phenomenal on the trail and put other trail horses to shame. I will only purchase horses from Jen in the future and have recommend several friends and people I meet on the trail to her farm. ...read more

I could not believe how great of a time I had visiting with Jenn and shopping for my dream horse. I rode 4 different horses at her facility (which was pristine). every horse acted as they were described on the website and it was difficult to just choose one horse. I ended up buying Bandit! Three months later I bought Flashy Star sight unseen for my husband. It has been 6 months now owning both horses and this experience has been a dream come true!
