I TOOK MY COMPUTER THERE THE SATURDAY BEFORE HE WAS CLOSED DOWN TO HAVE WINDOWS 8 REMOVED, HE TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE A COUPLE OF HOURS. MADE AN EXCUSE THE PRINTER WAS NOT WORKING SO HE WOULD NOT HAVE TO GIVE ME A RECEIPT. CALLED A COUPLE OF HOURS LATER, HE TOLD ME IT WAS TAKING LONG THEN HE THOUGHT, BECAUSE HE HAD TO INSTALL SOME THINGS MANUALLY. SAID IT WOULD BE READY MONDAY. I GO ON MONDAY TO FIND THE STORE CLOSED BY THE CITY. THE OWNER Richard BROWN HAD NO LICENSE TO OPERATE A COMPUTER BUSINESS. BROWN WILL NO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. THIS MAN IS A THIEF.
