I have been to Sams in Alamogordo, NM on White Sands Blvd. on several occasions. 2 of these experiences has be poor at best. Tonight (5/4/2013) I went in to purchase some shisha for my hookah. I got home and found the shisha was dry and smelled bad. I went back to the store and was told they do not give refunds. I did not want a refund, but a better can of shisha. The young clerk refused to do anything after she had just an hour earlier sold me the bad product. The service this place has is poor. Good thing for the high meth problem in Alamo as it helps to keep this #$%$ place in business. They suck. don t go there. They lost a customer over an $11.00 can of tobacco.
