Make sure you get written documentation of what they will be doing and how much they intend to charge you for it, even if you just need an estimate!!! They claim good quality, but the only evidence is the exceedingly high prices!!! have had opp to muse birds several times, and close family has used them for both towing ans auto service, have not been disappointed yet. their work is at least a five star and the towing service is good, sometimes if you remove a bad apple you can save the basket. you guys keep going strong, and i'll watch you grow more. ...read more

My car broke down on the highway and I got a tow back to Bird’s auto shop. The fixed was trivial, replacing the distributor. Honest shops would have charge me about $200 dollars ($100 part plus $100 labor) for this work. Bird’s charge me over $600 for this job. To add insult to injury, the distributor failed 2 months later the shop refused to cover the cost for another mechanic to install the replacement distributor ($75 dollars).
