Be Careful!
Make sure you get written documentation of what they will be doing and how much they intend to charge you for it, even if you just need an estimate!!! They claim good quality, but the only evidence is the exceedingly high prices!!! They WILL try to rope you into payin...g them to do the work (with hidden fees if you don't), even if their estimate is twice as much as someone else.
excellent service
have had opp to muse birds several times, and close family has used them for both towing ans auto service, have not been disappointed yet. their work is at least a five star and the towing service is good, sometimes if you remove a bad apple you can save the basket. you guys keep going strong, and i'll watch you grow more.
Beware of this Dishonest Shop
My car broke down on the highway and I got a tow back to Birdâs auto shop. The fixed was trivial, replacing the distributor. Honest shops would have charge me about $200 dollars ($100 part plus $100 labor) for this work. Birdâs charge me over $600 for this job.... To add insult to injury, the distributor failed 2 months later the shop refused to cover the cost for another mechanic to install the replacement distributor ($75 dollars). If you planning to get work done there, I would suggest that you find another shop.
Towing
The tow truck showed up sooner than expected. The operator was curteous and friendly. After having been in an auto mishap, I couldn't remember the correct name of the body shop where I wanted to be towed, which was a AAA requirement. Bird's Automotive was able to resolve this issue for me. I was very pleased with their service.
Pleased with service
Cant say enough good things, when our work truck needed repairs they got us back on the road in a timely manner They are now our shop of choice for personal and business vehicles
